It Is An Honorable Thought

It is an honorable thought,
And makes one lift one's hat,
As one encountered gentlefolk
Upon a daily street,

That we've immortal place,
Though pyramids decay,
And kingdoms, like the orchard,
Flit russetly away.

Emily Dickinson seems to speak straight from the heart and is sincere about her writing. I can read her poems and understand them and relate to them. Poems I have read of hers I have thought about and considered what would happen and take place. As the poems says one day all that is left on this earth will go away. It is alot to understand and I don't think anyone will fully understand what is suppose to happen.

Is this your blog about DIDLS? If so, how did Dickinson use the tools of language to develop her poem?
